After researching different pool companies we are happy to say that we picked Gary’s Pool and Patio. Our sales rep Felix Jr., project manager Paul/Javier and the whole entire crew were very honest, knowledgable, kept us updated throughout the process and executed with professionalism. They worked diligently and after every work day, they always cleaned up and left our backyard spotless. Felix Jr. took time to show us how to maintain/clean the pool and made us feel prepared and excited on our first pool journey. Whenever we have any questions, he is always quick to respond in a friendly manner. Our pool is almost done and our family is excited to see and enjoy our final pool project. Gary's Pool and Patio were great! They always communicated when weather was going to be an issue. They explained step by step process during the installation of the pool. All the employees that came out to work on this project were very friendly and respectful. If I had any questions or concerns they answered them for me. I asked a lot of questions and they had explained things throughly to me. I learned a lot from them about inground pools. They also told me to call them in the future with any questions or issues even if is years from now. This company seems like they will stick with you on any issues that might come up in the future. Just wanted to say that Felix G. our sales person worked with our budget and helped us get the pool that we wanted. Pablo was in charge of the crew and kept us up to date on everything going on. Paul was the main pool contractor and made the install go very smooth.They ended up bringing the pool over my house and I was a little nervous about that, but Paul assured me that everything was going to be alright. Felix Sr. was my contact person on the concrete. He also made sure that anything I asked for was completed. I was very worried about a pool install before this. I have heard bad stories from other people about their experiences with other pool companies. I was very pleased with Gary's Pool and Patio pool installation. Gary's installed a 40' X 16' Latham Astoria pool with built in spa for us here in Adkins. It was an easy experience start to finish. You can tell that all of these employees have built a lot of pools. Felix from sales gave us an honest, no pressure, in-person assessment of options and trade offs and was there for us every step of the way as we asked about changes or had questions while the build was in process. Mike (project/pool install lead) and Felix Sr. (excavation and concrete lead) were complete professionals and their teams were capable, courteous and efficient. The price, for what we got, was very competitive. Very happy with the end product!!!As an aside, I don't know if it's always this fast but our install was completely done in 4 weeks (to the day).
